Section 09.c of Management Directive 230.10, "Travel and Subsistence Allowances" provides that the rate of mileage reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles in the conduct of official business, shall be the same rate established by the Federal Government's General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA has increased the mileage reimbursement rate from $0.485 to $0.505 per mile effective March 19, 2008
